• Service dates are secured upon signed contract and deposit payment

• Late payments may result in service suspension

3. Service Delivery

• Gallery delivery within 6-8 weeks for photography
• Video delivery within 10-12 weeks
• Rush delivery available for additional fee

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 120 days: 50% refund
• Cancellations 60-120 days: 25% refund
• Cancellations less than 60 days: No refund

5. Limitation of Liability

Company's liability is limited to the total contract amount. We maintain professional liability insurance for all services.
